Frequently Asked Questions: Hosting a LIVE Event

What is a Walk Thru the Bible LIVE event? It’s a one-day, interactive Bible seminar — either Old Testament LIVE (otLIVE) or New Testament LIVE (ntLIVE) — that helps participants grasp the big picture of Scripture through clear teaching, memorable hand motions, and active participation.

How long does the event take? Each event is approximately 3 hours. Most churches host it on a Saturday or Sunday.

How many people do we need to host an event? A minimum of 30 attendees is required to host an event.

What does it cost to host? Pricing is simple and transparent:

Can smaller churches partner together? Yes! Multi-church partnerships are encouraged. Sharing costs across 2–4 churches reduces the individual investment, builds inter-church relationships, and creates a larger, more energizing event.

What does the church need to provide?

How far in advance should we book? It’s recommended to begin planning 8 weeks before your desired event date to allow time for leadership alignment, promotion, and logistics.

What promotional support is available? Walk Thru the Bible Canada provides promotional materials once your deposit is submitted. A suggested 6-week promotional campaign includes pulpit announcements, bulletin inserts, social media, and personal invitations from leadership.

What happens after the event? Participants receive access to LIVE at Home digital resources, reading plans, and follow-up tools. Churches are encouraged to launch small groups within 4 weeks to sustain momentum and deepen engagement.
